I read this quote a few months ago and ever since reading it it has been stuck in my head and I want to share it with y'all. It said "it may be a slow process but quitting won't speed it up", I just loved that so much because it can apply to so many things in our lives. We're all working on something; maybe you're starting a new business, or trying to learn a new skill set, or maybe you're simply starting a new work out routine. No matter what you're doing you started it for a reason and holding onto your 'why' will help you stick with it. When we don't get immediate results it can be so easy to want to give up but when you think about it, giving up will only take you farther from that goal. Even if it takes longer than you'd like (which lets be honest, most things worth having or doing take longer than we'd like) every step you take is taking you closer to your goal. Even the mistakes! Because next time you probably won't make that mistake again. I know I'm not saying anything revolutionary but sometimes you come across a quote that breaks it down so simply and you just gotta share it. I hope this helps y'all out as much as it does me!
